The prize draw (‘Promotion’) is open to people invited by HCRG Care Group to take part in selected surveys.
In the survey, participants choosing to enter the prize draw must, when prompted, enter a telephone number on which they can be contacted and click ‘next’ to save their answer.
Entries must be received by 17:00 on the day the survey We accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or which fail to reach us by the closing date. Proof of submission is not proof of our receipt.
Only one entry per No person may win more than one prize in any survey.
All correctly completed entries will be entered into the prize draw which will take place within two weeks of the survey closing date. The first four entries drawn will be the winners.
The prize for each winner is a £25 shopping
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reservesthe right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or close the draw without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified on the telephone number provided within two weeks of the date of theprize The prize must be claimed within 30 working days of this date. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules
To find out the names of the winners, email communications@hcrgcaregroup.com after the last day of the month in which the prize draw takes place.
By entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in the Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in the Promoter’s sole determination has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants by any means.
